Two ways in

Which brings you here today?

We serve two audiences and the work is different for each. Choose the door that fits you — you can always look at the other one later.

Who it helps

Professionals at a point where the next move matters

If any of these sounds familiar, the work will feel immediately relevant — and if it does not, we will say so on the call rather than sell you something.
  • Career changers

Professionals moving into a different field, function or sector who need a structure for a decision that feels larger than it is.

“I have outgrown what I am doing but I do not know what replaces it.”

  • Mid-career professionals

People with ten to twenty years of experience who are under-used, under-paid or simply bored, and want a move that reflects their real level.

“My title has not moved in four years, but my workload has.”

  • Early-career professionals

Graduates and first-jobbers deciding where to specialize, and how to build a first two years that create real options.

“I took the first thing available and now I am not sure it fits.”

  • Returning after a break

Parents, carers and people who stepped away for health or family reasons, re-entering on their own terms rather than apologizing for a gap.

“I have been out for three years and I do not know how to explain it.”

  • New and aspiring leaders

People moving from doing the work to leading it, navigating influence, expectations and the first difficult conversations.

“I am responsible for outcomes I cannot control directly.”

  • Bilingual and international professionals

Professionals working across languages and cultures, including those positioning an international career or a move to a new market.

“My experience does not translate neatly into this market's language.”

Coaching is delivered in English and Spanish, across European, UK, US and Latin American time zones. See the full coaching pathway.

How it helps

A process, not a pep talk

Four stages that keep working when motivation dips — because you always know what the next step is, and why it matters.
  1. Assess

A free discovery call, plus the self-assessment if you have not taken it. We agree on the problem worth solving and whether coaching is the right tool for it.

  2. Clarify

We define the outcome in one sentence you can hold onto, and the evidence that will tell us it has been reached.

  3. Position

Your experience is turned into language: stories, documents and a target list that reflect the level you are operating at.

  4. Act

Between sessions you run the experiments and conversations that produce real information. We review, adjust and keep the pace honest.

4 sessions over 8 weeks

Career clarity

Turn “something has to change” into two or three directions you can actually test.

Career clarity and direction
4 sessions over 6–8 weeks, with document review between sessions

Search & positioning

Say who you are and what you change, so the right people can find you.

Job search and positioning
2–3 sessions, intensively scheduled before your date

Interview & offer

Walk in prepared, tell the truth well, and negotiate like someone who has options.

I want to become a career coach

Coaching is a craft, and it can be taught properly

Our training puts you in supervised practice early, keeps cohorts small, and is honest about the business side — including what the first year actually looks like.
  • Listening for the real issueHearing what a client means rather than what they opened with — and knowing the difference before you respond.
  • Questioning that creates movementQuestions that open thinking and produce commitment, instead of interrogations that produce politeness.
  • Structure without rigidityA session shape you can trust when the conversation goes sideways, and the judgment to abandon it when it should be abandoned.
  • Contracting and ethicsClear agreements, honest boundaries, and confidence about what is out of scope and when to refer.

Small cohorts, always

Twelve participants maximum in Foundations, eight in the Practicum. Practice time is the product; large groups make it impossible.

Practice from week one

You will coach a real person in your first fortnight, not in month three. Feedback comes from a facilitator, not just from peers.

Assessment you can see

Every recorded session is reviewed against a published rubric, so you know exactly what “good” looks like and where you stand.

Honest about the business

Where the money comes from, what it costs, how long it takes. Includes the parts most programs leave out.

What changes

The results people actually notice

We are careful about claims: no invented statistics and no borrowed logos. These are the patterns we see repeatedly across coaching and training.

Client stories shown on this site are illustrative examples pending publication of verified, permissioned testimonials.

  • “I arrived with a spreadsheet of forty possible careers and left with three experiments to run. Six weeks later I knew which one was real. The structure is what did it — not encouragement.”

  • “I had been applying for nine months with nothing to show. We rewrote how I described my work, and within a month I was having conversations rather than sending applications into a void.”

  • “The rehearsal sessions were uncomfortable and completely worth it. I stopped rambling, told the truth about what I had achieved, and negotiated a package I would have accepted a third less of before.”

  • “As an HR lead I coached every week without any real training. Foundations gave me a framework, boundaries and feedback on recordings of my own sessions. It changed how I work with people.”

Decisions actually get made

The most common result is not a new job in week two — it is a decision made with evidence instead of another six months of considering.

Language that lands

Clients consistently report that they can finally explain their value in one sentence that other people repeat back to them.

A search that behaves differently

Moving from cold applications to warm conversations changes response rates more than any document edit alone.

Practitioners who keep improving

Training participants continue supervised practice after the cohort, because the habit is what sustains a coaching career.

Common questions

The things people ask before they commit

A short selection — the full set covers coaching, training, pricing and confidentiality.

Career coaching

How 1:1 coaching works, what it costs and what it does not do.

What actually happens on a free discovery call?
Thirty minutes on a video call. You describe where you are and what you want to change; we ask questions, tell you honestly whether coaching is the right tool for your situation, and — if it is — outline the program we would recommend. If it is not, we will say so and point you somewhere better. No pitch deck.
How many sessions will I need?
Most coaching engagements run four to six sessions over two to three months. Interview preparation is shorter, usually two to three sessions scheduled around your date. If it becomes clear you need fewer sessions than we planned, we stop early.

Becoming a career coach

Training format, prerequisites and what happens after you qualify.

Do I need a coaching qualification to join the Foundations program?
No. Foundations assumes no prior coaching training. Advanced Coaching Practicum and Practice Launch do assume a foundation level of training or equivalent experience, which we review on your call.
How long does it take to become a career coach?
Realistically, three to twelve months to be properly trained with supervised practice, and six to eighteen months to build a practice with paying clients. Anyone selling a weekend certification as a complete path is overselling.

What you can do next

Book a free discovery call and find out whether this helps

Thirty minutes, no charge, no obligation. You describe the situation, we ask honest questions, and you leave knowing exactly what we would do next — even if the answer is that you do not need us.

You will always know what we are working on, why it matters, and what you are doing next.
