What we collect
We collect only what you type into this website, plus the technical information needed to keep it running.
- Contact details you provide: name, email address, and a phone number if you choose to give one
- Career information you choose to share in a form: your current role, what you want to change, and your preferred times for a call
- Training application details: the program you are interested in, your experience level, cohort preference and payment preference
- Assessment answers and the resulting score, together with the email address if you choose to save the result
- Newsletter subscription details and the interests you select
- Basic technical data for abuse prevention: an approximate IP address and submission timing, used to filter spam
How we use it
Your information is used to reply to you, deliver what you asked for, and run the coaching or training you engage in. Nothing else.
- Replying to inquiries, proposals and applications
- Preparing for and delivering coaching sessions you have booked
- Confirming your place on a training program and issuing invoices or agreements
- Sending the resources and occasional guidance you asked for by email
- Keeping records required for accounting and professional practice
What we never do
A short list, because it is the part most people care about.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information
- We do not run third-party advertising or behavioral tracking on this website
- We do not add you to a purchased list or a shared marketing database
- We do not use your assessment answers publicly or in anonymised statistics without asking
Where your information is stored
Website submissions are stored in the database that backs this website, hosted by our platform provider. Email delivery, where used, is handled by an email service provider acting on our instructions.
Access is limited to Vince My Coach. Payment details are never collected through this website: if you enroll in a training program, invoicing or payment links are handled directly with you.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and assessment submissions are kept while they are useful for a possible engagement, and deleted on request. Coaching and training records are kept for as long as the professional relationship requires, plus any period required for accounting records.
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details.
Your control over your data
Email hello@vincemycoach.com and ask. You do not need to justify the request, and there is no charge.

- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
- Ask us to delete your data and unsubscribe you
- Withdraw consent for marketing email at any time, without affecting coaching you have paid for
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will note the change here and, where the change is significant, tell you by email if you are subscribed. The effective date below reflects the current version.
