Overview
Twelve weeks of supervised practice for coaches who already have foundations in place. The work is with complex clients: senior professionals, teams in conflict, people mid-transition with families and finances in the balance, and clients who say they want one thing while doing another.

Yes, if you have equivalent training and active client work. We review your background on the discovery call and will say honestly if the Foundations program is the better starting point for you.
The Practicum includes 36 hours of supervision and live practice. The plus-supervision option documents a further six months of monthly supervision for credential applications.
Participants do this alongside full-time work. It does demand a steady six to eight hours a week, mostly in evenings and one weekend morning a month.
