What actually changes for clients and participants
We do not publish invented statistics or borrowed logos. Here is what people report after working with us — and how we think about evidence, so you can judge it yourself.
These are the outcomes clients and participants describe most often, across both sides of the practice.
Decisions actually get made
The most common result is not a new job in week two — it is a decision made with evidence instead of another six months of considering.
Language that lands
Clients consistently report that they can finally explain their value in one sentence that other people repeat back to them.
A search that behaves differently
Moving from cold applications to warm conversations changes response rates more than any document edit alone.
Practitioners who keep improving
Training participants continue supervised practice after the cohort, because the habit is what sustains a coaching career.
Coaching clients
From professionals who came for coaching

Career clarity program
“I arrived with a spreadsheet of forty possible careers and left with three experiments to run. Six weeks later I knew which one was real. The structure is what did it — not encouragement.”
Sample client storyOperations manager moving into product
Search and positioning program
“I had been applying for nine months with nothing to show. We rewrote how I described my work, and within a month I was having conversations rather than sending applications into a void.”
Sample client storySenior analyst returning to work after a break
Interview and offer preparation
“The rehearsal sessions were uncomfortable and completely worth it. I stopped rambling, told the truth about what I had achieved, and negotiated a package I would have accepted a third less of before.”
“As an HR lead I coached every week without any real training. Foundations gave me a framework, boundaries and feedback on recordings of my own sessions. It changed how I work with people.”

Coach Practice Launch
“What I valued most was the honesty. We spent a whole session on what my practice would realistically earn in year one, including the months where it earns nothing. Nobody else told me that.”
Sample participant story · Independent coach, first year
Advanced Coaching Practicum
“Supervision on live client work was the point. Presenting a case, hearing four different perspectives, then going back to that client with a better plan — nothing else I have done as a coach has improved me this fast.”

Questions about outcomes
What we can and cannot tell you in advance
Can you guarantee I will get the job?
No, and anyone who does is selling certainty they do not have. Hiring decisions involve other people, budgets and timing. What we can control is the quality of your positioning, your evidence and the number of real conversations you are having.
How long does a career change take?
A decision can be made in six to ten weeks of structured work. Landing a specific role usually takes three to nine months, and sectors with long hiring cycles take longer. We will give you a realistic range for your situation on the call.
What if coaching is not working?
We review progress at the halfway point of every engagement. If the work is not producing movement, we will say so, adjust the approach, or end early — whichever serves you better than continuing.
